STATE of MN CODE REQUIREMENTS for Places of Public Accommodation
MNReva only accepts venues as Members that have received their required inspections, permits and permissions from the appropriate jurisdictions.
What is required to open a venue?
Opening a Rural Event Venue is not as simple as sweeping out the hay and opening the doors. There are many steps that must be taken to build and operate a safe and successful venue. And it all begins with knowing what the steps are for becoming a Legal and Safe Venue.
This diagram from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry lays out the steps required for certification, occupancy and operating permits.
